ANGINA PECTORIS

Angina pectoris is the medical term for chest pain or discomfort due to coronary heart disease. It occurs when the heart muscle doesn't get as much blood as it needs. This usually happens because one or more of the heart's arteries is narrowed or blocked, also called ischemia.

When does angina pectoris occur?

Angina often occurs when the heart muscle itself needs more blood than it is getting, for example, during times of physical activity or strong emotions. Severely narrowed arteries may allow enough blood to reach the heart when the demand for oxygen is low, such as when you're sitting. But, with physical exertion—like walking up a hill or climbing stairs—the heart works harder and needs more oxygen.

Symptoms of Stable Angina

The pain or discomfort:
  • Occurs when the heart must work harder, usually during physical exertion
  • Doesn't come as a surprise, and episodes of pain tend to be alike
  • Usually lasts a short time (5 minutes or less)
  • Is relieved by rest or medicine
  • May feel like gas or indigestion
  • May feel like chest pain that spreads to the arms, back, or other areas

Possible triggers of stable angina include:

  • Emotional stress – learn stress management
  • Exposure to very hot or cold temperatures – learn how cold and hot weather affect the heart.
  • Heavy meals
PREPARATION OF THE HEBAL MEDICINE TO CURE ANGINA PECTORIS.

Administer through injection four hundred thousand(400,000) units of penicillin every three hours. take three grams of powdered suifatiasol and three grams of powdered suifadiazina mix with honey bee. gargle with it and do also coluctoris for larynx.

A stomach ache is a term often used to refer to cramps or a dull ache in the tummy (abdomen). It's usually short-lived and is often not serious.
Severe abdominal pain is a greater cause for concern. If it starts suddenly and unexpectedly, it should be regarded as a medical emergency, especially if the pain is concentrated in a particular area

INSOMANIA

Insomnia
Also known as sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder in which people have trouble sleeping. They may have difficulty falling asleep, or staying asleep as long as desired. Insomnia is typically followed by daytime sleepiness, low energy, irritability, and a depressed mood. It may result in an increased risk of motor vehicle collisions, as well as problems focusing and learning. Insomnia can be short term, lasting for days or weeks, or long term, lasting more than a month.

Insomnia can occur independently or as a result of another problem.
Conditions that can result in insomnia include psychological stresschronic painheart failurehyperthyroidismheartburnrestless leg syndromemenopause, certain medications, and drugs such as caffeinenicotine, and alcohol. Other risk factors include working night shifts and sleep apnea.  Diagnosis is based on sleep habits and an examination to look for underlying causes.  A sleep study may be done to look for underlying sleep disorders. Screening may be done with two questions: "do you experience difficulty sleeping?" and "do you have difficulty falling or staying asleep.
preparation of medicine for Insomania
Those suffering for insomania should take wine mixed with seeds of poppy plant or make tablets of dried cilantro (coriandrum sativum) with sugar and eat them at a time when going to sleep. if there is no wine at hand ,just the decoction of the seeds of the poppy plant is enough inorder to give good results.
Also smoking of marijuana can also cure isomania.(be careful about the use of this drug, check on the laws of your country before consumption).

HEMORRHOIDS

Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids (HEM-uh-roids), also called piles, are swollen veins in your anus and lower rectum, similar to varicose veins. Hemorrhoids have a number of causes, although often the cause is unknown. They may result from straining during bowel movements or from the increased pressure on these veins during pregnancy. Hemorrhoids may be located inside the rectum (internal hemorrhoids), or they may develop under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids).
Hemorrhoids are very common. Nearly three out of four adults will have hemorrhoids from time to time. Sometimes they don't cause symptoms but at other times they cause itching, discomfort and bleeding.
Occasionally, a clot may form in a hemorrhoid (thromboses hemorrhoid). These are not dangerous but can be extremely painful and sometimes need to be lanced and drained.
Fortunately, many effective options are available to treat hemorrhoids. Many people can get relief from symptoms with home treatments and lifestyle changes.

Symptoms

Signs and symptoms of hemorrhoids may include:
  • Painless bleeding during bowel movements — you might notice small amounts of bright red blood on your toilet tissue or in the toilet
  • Itching or irritation in your anal region
  • Pain or discomfort
  • Swelling around your anus
  • A lump near your anus, which may be sensitive or painful (may be a thromboses hemorrhoid)
Hemorrhoid symptoms usually depend on the location.
Internal hemorrhoids. These lie inside the rectum. You usually can't see or feel these hemorrhoids, and they rarely cause discomfort. But straining or irritation when passing stool can damage a hemorrhoid's surface and cause it to bleed.
Occasionally, straining can push an internal hemorrhoid through the anal opening. This is known as a protruding or prolapsed hemorrhoid and can cause pain and irritation.
External hemorrhoids. These are under the skin around your anus. When irritated, external hemorrhoids can itch or bleed.
Thrombosed hemorrhoids. Sometimes blood may pool in an external hemorrhoid and form a clot (thrombus) that can result in severe pain, swelling, inflammation and a hard lump near your anus.
Preparation and formula for Hemorrhoids.
Pray to God first so that HE might heal you First.
Make a decoction of thirty grams of plantain (plantago major l) and thirty grams of mallow (Malva sylvestris L) to which the same quantity of the following powders must be added, piedralipe, ground cacho (horn powder) and frankincense. the infected parts must be dabbed with this mixture with a piece of cotton until totally healed.
Hemorrhoids with flux of blood.
Take four frogs and submerge them into almond oil and boil this with fire, stirring it until you consider that the frogs extract has gone into the oil. Let the sick person dab his/her hemorrhoids with this ointment in diverse cases.
